What data we collect
Only what you give us in the quote form: your name, your company if you state it, a phone number or an email address to reply on, what you tell us about the job and, if you attach one, a drawing or a document.
We collect nothing else. This website installs no cookies and uses no analytics tools, and we obtain no data about you from any other source.
What we use it for
To deal with your enquiry and prepare the quote you asked for. Nothing else: we send no marketing and we build no profiles.
On what legal basis
Because you asked us to. The processing is covered by the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject, under article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Who else has access to it
We disclose no data to third parties except where the law requires it or where it is necessary to answer your request. The provider that hosts the website and delivers your message to our inbox acts as a processor and is bound by contract.
Beyond that, the contact page loads a Google map and the home page a YouTube video: those services receive your IP address and process your data under their own policies. The detail is in the cookie policy.
How long we keep it
